3.3 Document Verification

All original documents must be produced for verification at the time of admission. Failure to provide original documents will result in cancellation of admission.

Important: Admission is provisional until all documents are verified and fees are paid in full.

4. Fee Policy

4.1 Fee Payment

  • All fees must be paid as per the schedule provided at the time of admission
  • Fees can be paid through online transfer, demand draft, or at the college counter
  • Late payment of fees will attract a penalty as per college rules
  • Fee receipts must be preserved for future reference

4.2 Fee Structure

The fee structure includes the following components:

4.3 Fee Changes

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Admission Cancellation by Student

  • If a student wishes to cancel admission before course commencement, a written application must be submitted
  • Registration fee is non-refundable in all cases
  • Refund of tuition fees will be as per the following schedule:

Before course commencement 75% of tuition fee
Within 15 days of course start 50% of tuition fee
Within 30 days of course start 25% of tuition fee
After 30 days of course start No Refund

5.2 Cancellation by College

If the college cancels admission due to document discrepancy, misconduct, or rule violation, no refund will be provided. If a course is cancelled by the college, 100% fees will be refunded.

Note: Refund will be processed within 30 working days of receiving the written cancellation request. All refunds will be made to the original payment source.

6. Student Conduct & Discipline

6.1 Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

  • Maintain discipline and decorum on campus
  • Attend classes regularly (minimum 75% attendance required)
  • Wear proper uniform as prescribed
  • Respect faculty members, staff, and fellow students
  • Not engage in ragging, harassment, or any form of misconduct
  • Not use mobile phones during class hours
  • Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, labs, and campus

6.2 Attendance Requirements

  • Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory in theory classes
  • Minimum 80% attendance is required in practical/clinical training
  • Students failing to meet attendance requirements will not be allowed to appear in examinations
  • Medical leave must be supported by valid medical certificates

6.3 Disciplinary Action

Violation of college rules may result in:

  • Written warning
  • Fine/penalty
  • Suspension from classes/clinical training
  • Termination from hostel facility
  • Rustication/expulsion from the college

Zero Tolerance: The college has zero tolerance for ragging, substance abuse, and violence. Such offenses will result in immediate expulsion and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

7. Examination & Academic Terms

7.1 Examination Rules

  • Students must appear for all internal and external examinations
  • Examination forms must be submitted before the deadline
  • Use of unfair means during examinations is strictly prohibited
  • Results declared by the university/board are final and binding

7.2 Promotion Policy

Promotion to the next year/semester is subject to:

  • Passing all required subjects
  • Meeting minimum attendance requirements
  • Clearing all dues and fees
  • Completion of practical/clinical requirements

8. Hostel Terms

8.1 Hostel Admission

  • Hostel accommodation is subject to availability
  • Separate hostels for boys and girls
  • Hostel allotment is for one academic year, renewable based on conduct

8.2 Hostel Rules

  • Visitors are allowed only during specified hours
  • Overnight stay of outsiders is strictly prohibited
  • Hostel timings must be strictly followed
  • Use of electrical appliances (heaters, irons) may be restricted
  • Damage to hostel property will be charged to the student

9. Placement Assistance Terms

  • Placement assistance is provided to all eligible students
  • The college facilitates interviews but does not guarantee job placement
  • Students must maintain good academic standing and discipline for placement eligibility
  • Students must attend placement training programs organized by the college

10. Intellectual Property
